My Journey to Health Coaching

Hello! I'm Susan Frank, a passionate health and wellness advocate dedicated to helping people achieve their health goals through natural, sustainable approaches.

My journey began over a decade ago when I faced my own health challenges. Despite eating what I thought was a healthy diet and exercising regularly, I struggled with persistent weight gain, especially around my midsection, and low energy levels that affected every aspect of my life.

After years of trying different approaches with minimal success, I realized that conventional wisdom about weight management wasn't addressing the root causes of my issues. This realization sparked my passion for nutrition and metabolic health, leading me to extensively research and study how our bodies process food, store fat, and regulate metabolism.
